Excellent! My wife and I came to the dealership, and it was towards closing. Paul was happy to let us test drive a few vehicles and we decided on a used Sonata! They'll take you in circles to get your money. Took my car in because the RPMs were going up and down when sitting still at lights and such as well as jerking. They call me to come in so they could discuss a price quote and what they thought was wrong with the car. We waited almost an hour when we got there at the scheduled appointment time just to see the guy who gave us the price quote and explained the process of what they were going to do to fix the car. Now you would think a Hyundai dealer would know for sure what the problem was with a Hyundai and fix it right? They made a guess at what the problem was and we ended up paying about $1,250 when we picked the car up. Got a call a few days later and they claimed they didn't charge the correct amount and needed another$86 for something else they forgot to include when we first picked up the car. Less than a month after we got the car back, the car was doing the same thing except this time there was actually a check engine light on. I took the car back and they quoted me $595 for coils this time. Husband got a better quote from a different mechanic so we had to pay their $115 for diagnostic testing which all they did was plug the car in and let the machine tell them what was wrong. Don't waste your money at this place. They'll break your bank account going here. My car should've been running like it was brand new for the price they originally charged. I just need my car fixed so it's reliable enough so that I don't worry about if it's going to break down at a stop light or choose not to start one morning when I'm on my way to work and they couldn't do that for me. More

Since starting our lease with our 2015 Tuscan, we added two kids to the family and the vehicle was becoming crammed. We needed a larger SUV, but at the same time didn't have much room to budge finance wise. From the second I stepped foot on the lot at Allen Turner Hyundai, to driving off with our new Santa Fe, we were treated with respect and dignity. Mona was professional, personal, and caring about helping our family. She was everything I thought a salesperson wasn't! Mona fought multiple times to make sure we got a vehicle that suited our needs and our budget. I greatly appreciate her hard work to make everything as quick and easy as possible, and if in the area, I will definitely be back again to do business with Mona and Allen Turner Hyundai. We love our new Santa Fe! More
