He helped us pick out the cars with the features we wanted along with features that added convenience and safety that we have come to appreciate. We are pretty high milage drivers, and I can say that the quality of Hyundai's vehicles becomes apparent when you look at a vehicle nearing 100,000 miles and there are no signs of wear on the interior. These 2015 models are showroom condition and the drivetrain hasn't lost an ounce of power. These are the reasons we have returned to purchase our 2019 Santa Fe from Allen Turner Hyundai. I also appreciate that it doesn't take but a fraction of the time consumed at other dealerships to complete the purchase. All vehicle maintenance is performed here as well. Fast, Friendly, Family atmosphere I called ahead to see if they had a new car within my price range. Charla Palmer told me to come on in. Sold the car I was looking at out from under me Been waiting for a test drive after they have given me a price for it. Then all of a sudden they said they took it to auction. They did not notify me and just disregard anything that we agreed on . They totally disregarded me as a customer. I know they’re in the business to make money but because they could make more at the auction they disregarded my deal with them. Guess I should’ve had money down on it. But still they should have told me or give me first chance at it because we was waiting for it . In fact they were supposed to call me back to test drive it when it was ready instead they called me back and told me they sold it. Very unhappy with this type of policy that they have. The website had a very thorough description of the vehicle, including carfax report and lots of pictures. It was really great to be able to find the exact car we were looking for and have a price agreed upon before even stepping in the door. We worked primarily with Joey Evers and he was fantastic to deal with. He responded to inquiries promptly and politely and was nothing but courteous when we went over to purchase the car, and he made the transaction as smooth as possible.
