Adonis Moncrief Was Super! My husband did all of the research online before we chose a dealership. Then we chose a dealership that had the car we wanted and made a call. Adonis My husband did all of the research online before we chose a dealership. Then we chose a dealership that had the car we wanted and made a call. Adonis Moncrief was professional, and he did his job. We told him what we needed; he presented it to the manager and called us. It was an hour's drive to the dealership; it was time well spent. Other than needing to wait because they were busy, everything was completed in less than a half an hour after we reached the dealership. In 45 years, this is by far the best buying experience we have ever had. Obviously the dealership plays a huge part in this experience; however, we believe the sales agent is the biggest part. Adonis did a superb job for us. We will buy from this dealership and sales agent again! We highly recommend! As a side note, John in financing was efficient and professional. He answered our questions, explained his answers, and provided us an avenue to make informed decisions on upgrades in warranties and gap insurance. Thank you! More
