John was a very fast talker and went through a lot very quickly and missed the date on the check presented for down payment and we had to make a trip back out to get another check to dealership...he was not as personable as Roch and a little more like on auto pilot! Bruce Hilt worked with me to find just what I wanted among their excellent inventory. He was knowledgeable, accommodating to my schedule, and gave me time to research and compare their inventory to others in town and on- line. When it came time to purchase, they were extremely generous with my trade in and met me at the price I wanted to pay for my new Santa Fe, based on my research. The actual process of buying the car was completed in less than an hour and they beat my pre-approved loan rate from USAA by almost 1%.
