Allen Turner Hyundai Pre-owned changed the vehicle buying experience for me and I'm thankful for them. I first met with the Sales Manager Dominick, he conducted the actual loan for me. Great guy, even though I wish I could of had more vehicle choices, he was very nice and committed to making sure I would get a loan. Then there was Preston, he was a hoot, very funny and made my family and I feel comfortable and he never made me feel pressured into buying anything. Then there was John, that man keeps his promises, he told me he would call me if anything changed with my loan and the very next day he did. He was also very polite and patient. Then there was the other John, he was not even our car salesman but he still made sure we had what we needed. The whole experience was just great! We were even offered T.V. and refreshments during our wait. I would recommend Allen Turner Hyundai Pre-Owned to anyone! BTW- I drove away in a beautiful Black 2019 Hyundai Elantra. (That's right went to a pre-owned dealership and left with a brand new car because they cared about what I wanted and what I had never had) More

Amazing customer service from the first to the last. My husband and I, Mike Knighten test drove an Elantra Value Edition a couple of weeks ago on the way to a work meeting. We first met with Jason for t My husband and I, Mike Knighten test drove an Elantra Value Edition a couple of weeks ago on the way to a work meeting. We first met with Jason for the test drive etc and were so surprised that there was no sales pressure at all but very informative and pleasant. Mike then researched and even went to other dealers closer to our home in Montgomery. He communicated with several dealers in close cities but in the end, Allen Turner had the best deal and was by far the most pleasant. He received follow up calls after our visit and test drive. Jason had told us he would be on vacation for a couple of weeks so we then were dealing with Basil. We went Saturday to seal the deal and were so impressed by several who came over to introduce themselves to us while we waited on the process, the sales manager, finance person, Charla and others. Charla was just as pleasant as we signed so many papers to purchase our vehicle. We were treated with respect, honesty and knew we were appreciated when we left with our new Elantra. We would definitely recommend Allen Turner Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle and will be a repeat customer when we need another one. I already have an Accent I purchased in Georgia 7 years ago after Mike and I both owning several Honda and Toyota vehicles which brought us great long time vehicle life but the price and the great deals brought us to Hyundai now. A great buying experience I needed a new car, but was not sure of the make or model. Hyundai was the second dealership I stopped at. Mona Salim was a great person to work wi I needed a new car, but was not sure of the make or model. Hyundai was the second dealership I stopped at. Mona Salim was a great person to work with. I was more interested in the safety features. Mona was very kind and patient. Showed me a lot of Sedans and SUVs , and explained and showed me how to use the features. I decided on the Tucson, which had most of the features I wanted had a good price.
