It was a pleasure working with him and when the deal was done, he took the time to explain and show my wife all of the whistles and bells on her new vehicle and how to work them. Satisfaction It's never fun to spend large sums of money but both Troy and Claudio made our recent purchase a good experience. I was shopping several dealerships It's never fun to spend large sums of money but both Troy and Claudio made our recent purchase a good experience. I was shopping several dealerships but was told truthfully from the front that Allen Turner would be my best place. I'm happy to say I completely believe that now and Mr. Turner should take notice of how well his employees represented him and his dealership. They both knew the answers before the question was asked. Each of them wanted to ensure that my wife and I had every opportunity to look everything over and our pleasant experience continued. We live in Alabama and got to the dealership just before closing but that did not deter either Troy or Claudio from staying through the complete process of getting us settled into our new vehicle at our speed. Never a rush here or there trying to get us to leave, instead Claudio actually stayed with us until we pulled out of the lot (VERY LATE). Unless something changes drastically the Allen Turner dealership has my business from now on and I intend to direct my friends to this outstanding place. More
