They quickly s My original stop was the New Car dealership at Allen Turner Hyundai. I was looking for a truck I had seen online, and it wasn't there. They quickly sent me down the street to their used dealership, again I didn't see the truck. Preston, the salesman, located it quickly still in the initial inspection bay. He stated he would talk to the service department and felt comfortable he would have it ready by lunch the next day. True to his word the truck was ready. I ended up not liking it very much but they still had plenty of inventory to look at. He quickly put us in another truck that was nice but more than I wanted to spend. However, because he knew the dealership inventory so well he was able to recommend another truck on the Crestview lot. Within the hour the truck was on it's way to Pensacola!. We drove it, and it checked off all of our boxes. We were able to secure financing and leave with a truck in a efficient manor. More

He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and really made this experience exciting! We came back another day after deciding to move up a trim level. Troy found the perfect SUV for us and we were driving away in just a few hours. I no longer dread the idea of purchasing a new vehicle. I am actually looking forward to the next time and going back to Allen Turner Hyundai. More

We test drove the Santa Fe with the package that had the options I desired and during the test drive, he explained the many features and driving modes on this vehicle. He did not pressure me in any way and once I decided on a particular vehicle, Dean was very professional and reasonable in negotiating the conditions of sale. He stayed with me while all of the necessary paperwork was processed. Once that was done, Dean not only delivered the vehicle to me but spent a considerable amount of time in setting up some of the functions on the car and made sure I fully understood the basic operation of the vehicle before I left the dealership. This was a very positive buying experience. More
