We had been Toyota owners for the longest time, but the last deal we made with them felt like a screw job. The employees at Allen Turner Hyundai Pensacola were friendly, professional, not pushy at all, and didn’t forget that we were waiting there while we were waiting on finance to organize our paperwork. The finance employee we worked with, Kevin Genest, also gave us the most detailed, yet easy to understand, explanation of our sale, that we have ever gotten when buying a car. After just having our previous car totaled the week prior, I was a bit apprehensive about walking another dealership/car lot and hearing a fast talker but Claudio took his time with us, searching practically the whole new and pre-owned lots to find our perfect choice of vehicle. Every vehicle that caught our eye, he put us in to test drive. He was very patient with us, and understanding of what we were looking for! Upon going in, we had a set price/payment plan in mind, Claudio, Kim and Kevin worked with us on our credit and down payment to put us as close as we could to our desired amount. They made sure that we understood all the ins and outs of our purchase and never got pushy or exasperated with us taking extra time to consider our options. We spent the entire day at their dealership and walked away with the perfect vehicle for us. Everyone there was very accommodating! By far the BEST experience I’ve ever had in a car lot! Josh was the BEST!! It was our pleasure to do business with this young man. He listened to our interests, paid attention to what we were looking for in a vehicle, and se It was our pleasure to do business with this young man. He listened to our interests, paid attention to what we were looking for in a vehicle, and several week after our initial contact, was calling us with the perfect vehicle!! We originally went to look at a Santa Fe XL, however were not able to find the color combination we wanted. He told us about the Palisade that was to be released in about a month from then. To my surprise, and after looking seriously at the Kia Telluride, I received a phone call from Josh indicating the they were going to be getting in a vehicle that would exactly fit my needs and preferences. In addition, the Palisade had more options that I wanted and was priced less than the Telluride! Josh was able to explain all the options and merits of the Palisade, so we put a deposit down that day. 10 days later - my brand new exactly perfect vehicle arrived!!! The only small downside to the day was that there were SO MANY people picking up there new Palisades that had just come in, we were clogging up the poor finance lady! We watched Josh work several customers at once, and I must say we all felt that we were his priority. That's an amazing talent, and should be noticed by his management. Few and far between are the sales people that are able to balance several customers at once without someone feeling slighted - but Josh could teach the class. He is a stepper, genuine, straightforward, and a harder working car salesman I've never seen. He was an absolute pleasure to work with - timed perfectly the contact regarding the Palisade - I think for this situation the stars aligned perfectly. Had it not been for Josh's notes, tracking potential customer wants with prospective inventory and matching the two, I would not be driving my beautiful new Palisade at this time! I can't say enough good about our experience with him, and when I buy another Hyundai, it will be from him!!! More
