Bruce Hilt is awesome!!! I had researched the vehicles I was interested in before we drove out there and Bruce let me drive both vehicles and showed me the difference between I had researched the vehicles I was interested in before we drove out there and Bruce let me drive both vehicles and showed me the difference between them and wasn’t pushy trying to put me in one vehicle versus the other or something I hadn’t even looked at lol. Everyone that helped me were super nice and helpful. They made me feel like they really cared about helping me find the best car for the best deal. This trip I went to the dealership with my own financing, and asked for the same person that helped me the last time (Brad), and even though he was already busy with another customer he still took the time to find someone else to help me (Paul). Paul was so awesome. He asked me exactly what I was looking for and my price range, and he was able to find me a car I never thought I'd be able to have. He and John also helped me a lot with some new financing because they could tell I was a little worried about the payments of the financing I had come in with. Everyone here definitely makes me feel like they have the customer's best interest at heart, and not like they just want to make a sale. Amazing experience My wife was working and I was trying to get everything situated so that she could get the vehicle she wanted and still get the labor day deal. Claudio and the staff at Allen Turner was able to have everything ready so that when she was able to get off all she had to do was sign the paperwork. She was able to get in and out in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend these wonderful people, they made buying a new car an amazing experience More
