I would highly recommend the dealership and it's staff to friends and coworkers for their trustworthy, reliable, and professional qualities. I had the pleasure of doing business with Sales Consultant, Dean. He spent the better part of a day helping to determine which Hyundai would be best for me. This included three test drives, quite a lot of dialogue to identify vehicle needs, trade-in value, price negotiation, and financing. He was patient, knowledgeable, really listened to what was important to me, and never overbearing. Charla, the Financing Manager, is a bolt of lightening in a bottle. She made the most stressful part of the process, (paperwork and contracts), easy, painless, and even a little bit fun! Rob, the Sales Manager, made a point to recognize my customer loyalty, and personally thank me, which made me feel like a valued customer. I'm confident, I am in good hands, when it comes to upcoming maintenance on my new Hyundai. I am very happy with my most recent experience, and feel great about my purchase. More

Sandra (customer service/internet sales) responded quickly followed by a welcome call from the Sales Manager (Kim Douglas) a few minutes later to let me know the salesman would be in contact very shortly. These were all very easy, no pressure conversations. Then came the new car salesman, Dave Purdon. What a JOY!!!! This gentleman was so very easy to work with, handled very thing. Almost seemed like family. We had to wait a couple days before we could close the sale and he had very thing ready to go the morning of the sale. Kevin (business manager) got us in and out, explained all the paperwork and we were on our way. I almost wish I needed another car...I'd go right back to work with these folks. This is the best dealership I've ever dealt with!!! You will NOT go wrong when you decide to visit them. More

Best Car Buying Experience My husband and I had been looking for an SUV with a third-row since about February (primarily the Kia Telluride). We searched all over the Florida pan My husband and I had been looking for an SUV with a third-row since about February (primarily the Kia Telluride). We searched all over the Florida panhandle and even into Texas for a Telluride, and each experience left us feeling misguided, frustrated, and deceived. With an increasing need for this bigger SUV, we starting looking elsewhere and found the Hyundai Palisade. Kim and David had the keys ready to go for our test drive, and we instantly felt at ease with the people at Hyundai. After months of thinking I wanted a Telluride, the exemplary service we received by Kim and David changed my mind within one weekend. We came back the following week and purchased a Limited Palisade, which are hard to come by. Working with Kim, David, and Charla to close our deal was like a breath of fresh air. My husband and I found them to be honest, genuine, trustworthy, efficient and reliable, which is really what ended up "selling" the car to me. We signed our papers the evening before Thanksgiving, and everyone before closing down for the night hugged each other and said "Happy Thanksgiving." The employees at Hyundai actually seemed to care about one another, which doesn't have any bearing on how my Palisade runs, but compassion resonates well with me. I believe that finding good people like these three are hard to come by, and our experience with each of them has turned us into Hyundai customers. I cannot speak more highly of them, and I greatly appreciate their service to us while we made such an important investment for our family. More
I had been looking at the Hyundai Kona, and wanted to test drive the Ultimate trim. Was off work early (day before Thanksgiving) so stopped in - but only the basic trim levels were in inventory. Well, Dean didn't stop there, and and found one that had just come off a truck - 6 miles on the odometer. Got it rushed out before even being received so I could drive it, and a couple hours later left I with a new Kona! Dean and Kevin were helpful, knowledgeable, very fair with pricing and trade-in, and most importantly for me - not at all pushy! Was about as pleasant as car buying can be, and I love the loaded Kona! More

There was a document I needed to provide for the finance department and a snapshot was sufficient so I texted it the same day to the telephone number provided. 5 days later David called and asked if I had sent it because the email hadn't been received. I texted to him instead and all was taken care of. More
