Thank you for making this experience such a positive turn around. Due to some unforeseen problems I had with my Optima, I brought it to the Kia Dealership. Awesome Service When I Was in Distress On Wednesday night after work I got in my vehicle and it would only make a clicking noise. A fellow co-worker Jeanine went to the Service Department a On Wednesday night after work I got in my vehicle and it would only make a clicking noise. A fellow co-worker Jeanine went to the Service Department and returned with a service tech that jumped my vehicle off. I then went to the Service Department and spoke to Jamie and told her I needed a battery and I needed to be at church at 6:30. I also spoke to Barry the Service Manager and he proceeded to help me and Jamie immediately went above and beyond to help me get a battery put in my vehicle. Jamie had me go to the parts department where Kay the Parts Manager went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of a battery, A big Thank You to you all that helped me in my time of need so I could be on my way and make it to church on time.
