If you ever have to buy a vehicle, Josh Knafel is the person you want to go to. I would drive across states to buy a vehicle from them again. Sold me a terrible car with known engine issues. Even when I brought this up to the service department they acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. Then, right after the warranty ran out, the when I brought this up to the service department they acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. Then, right after the warranty ran out, the engine blew up. They tried to tell me I had to pay for it even though I tried to have addressed during warranty coverage. I had to argue with the general manager to get any concessions whatsoever. Still had to pay $500 out of my pocket. Once they fixed it they told me that the clutch was shot and the car would not work unless I played another $1,000+ (it was the same amount as the rental car they covered while repairing). After I talked to the general manager again, they were miraculously able to make the clutch work as it was. I would not recommend them to anyone. And I should be able to give a negative star rating. Terrible! More
