Excellent and Patient I went in for service on my 2009 Santa Fe; I left with a 2020 Tucson. Sam Veloz was very patient with me as I drove both a Kona and a Tucson while waiting for service. He then worked with Rob Clarkson (wonderful and personable) to have both the Kona and Tucson priced out for me so that I could evaluate the differences. The out-the-door price on the Tucson was the deciding factor. When I was indecisive about the exterior and interior color for a Tucson, Sam patiently retrieved the keys for both vehicles that I was considering so that I could make a decision. After all of that, Charla Palmer got the reams of paperwork and signatures expertly completed, and less than 3 hours after I drove onto the lot with the Santa Fe, I drove off the lot with the new Tucson. I will also note that this is the second new car we bought from Allen Turner in the past 5 weeks; and, we specifically asked to work with Sam Veloz when I came in for service. It was also awesome being reunited with both Rob and Charla to complete this transaction. More
