Great Dealership, with great employees!!! 2019 Hyundai Sonata Limited, with 5 miles on the odometer, for considerably less than a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Limited, with 20,000 miles on the odometer 2019 Hyundai Sonata Limited, with 5 miles on the odometer, for considerably less than a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Limited, with 20,000 miles on the odometer! We were astounded, and then Jason began to add numerous other perks and benefits that we weren't even aware of! The bottom line is, we purchased a brand new car from Allen Turner Hyundai for less than we could have purchased a comparable vehicle that was two years older with considerably greater mileage. We directly attribute this great deal and service to Jason Diaz. He walked us through the entire process, patiently and courteously, and everything he told us has manifested itself in follow-up service. In addition, the new facility is beautiful, efficient, and the staff at Allen Turner Hyundai are friendly, courteous, and professional. We have found ourselves a new car dealership, and Jason Diaz will be our Salesman of choice. Thank you all at Allen Turner Hyundai!!! More
Sales At Its Best I went into Hyundai with the expectation of having to pay an arm and a leg for services. While my car was in the shop, I decided to see what cars the I went into Hyundai with the expectation of having to pay an arm and a leg for services. While my car was in the shop, I decided to see what cars they had on the lot to determine if I could afford one. Truthfully, I didn’t expect I would, but hey, it was worth the chance. After going to the lot, I found what I was looking for, but usually when I come, I have to search for someone to answer my questions. Well, not this time. Not far from where I was standing, I found Jason who was happy to answer my questions. Jason brought a basic model car around for me to test drive. I knew I couldn’t afford much more than a basic model and even then, I wasn’t sure how much of payment I would get even on a basic model. So reluctantly, I took the drive and man, was I pleased. It wasn’t fully what I wanted, but hey it was wheels that I knew to be dependable. Jason wasn’t pushy. In fact, he was quite friendly and very helpful. All during the drive, we talked about family. I expected a sales pitch all the way, but got something better - personality. Well we got back to the shop and proceeded to determine what I wanted. For me, I work from home, so I don’t do much driving. The car I brought in for service showed that. I had less than 25,000 miles on it and it was 8 years old. Now a someone’s that was out for a sale, would have tried to sell me a new car, but Jason took the time to determine my needs and find me a car that fit my budget. After Jason did that, he asked me what I wanted and mean what I really wanted to walk off the lot with. I told him and away he went. He came around with the exact card I wanted filled with the things that I wanted. Now since I didn’t do much driving, leasing was a better option for me. We were able to walk off the lot and my car payment wasn’t above $200. Better yet, even after the sale was made, he checked on me for at least two weeks afterwards, providing me his number in the event I had questions. He showed me how everything worked in the car, walking me through the setup and operations. I am 56 and i have never received that kind of service anywhere from any dealership. Now when I decide to upgrade, I will mot ask for anyone but him. No one will get my business. Now let me not stop there.. This dealership was helpful. They helped me in my trade-in and made the sale so easy. They were quick, efficient and friendly. They took care of everything including the tags and title. I have never been so pleased with a car sale. In the past, you’d spend excessive hours in the dealership. I spent two hours tops and that included the looking at, choosing, test driving, paperwork, showing the car/operations of the equipment. Now that’s what I call efficient. I have owned one Hyundai in my life and it lasted me 8 years before I decided to trade it in. Now I won’t go anywhere else, especially if Jason is there to sell me a new car. More

Purchase of my first, but not our last Hyundai I quite honestly was in need of a good, reliable suv. Had been researching lots of vehicles. Loved the warranty that came my vehicle. Salesman was fan I quite honestly was in need of a good, reliable suv. Had been researching lots of vehicles. Loved the warranty that came my vehicle. Salesman was fantastic in my education and even when I have had to come back for more education. If Roger wasn’t available then someone else would help. Several times I have asked service people to assist me on how to adjust the blue tooth, or how to change and store different radio stations or how to use my phone with the van.. coming from a medical background I am not electrical. I can honestly say I have never met one employee who ever even seemed like they were having a bad day. By having all my services done at the dealership the service records indicated I had a warranty issue on my fuel pump. Had I not been going to the dealership this part and labor would have been very expensive. When Ronnie realized that my request for my oil change had been forgotten on this particular trip, he gave me a free oil change card when I had to return. Service is everything. Watching out for issues especially safety is important, but LISTENING to your customer especially when it came to noticing I was having gas mileage issues and starting issues crucial! More
