While I wasn't needing to turn in my lease just yet, the deal was too hard to pass up. They even suggested I bring my dog back when I returned to pick up my new Santa Fe. I've never had that happen before. I was pleasantly surprised at how well my boy was greeted and received. Charla was so much fun and made the financing portion painless and enjoyable. A “Johnny-on-the -spot” so to speak without being overbearing and ZERO pushing. He provided accurate information and let US decide. Extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. We went there looking at maybe getting an Elantra but was able to move up to a Sonata and stay within our allocated budget. Sweet! Troy was the consummate professional in all matters. Great sense of humor, supremely knowledgeable about all aspects, even technical, of all models. Never had the feeling of him being ingenuous to win us over. Straight up felllow. He didn’t lie, exaggerate, push, “oh today only” prank or any other “tricks”. Just honest dealing. We most highly recommend this dealership who will bend over backwards to deal with you honestly.
