Am 58 year old woman who totally hates going to a dealership because of all the pressure and lies you know you will have to hear before you can get in your car, not to mention, having to battle all t dealership because of all the pressure and lies you know you will have to hear before you can get in your car, not to mention, having to battle all the hidden fees and charges and feel like a chicken that was just plucked when all that is done and over with!!! What a pleasant surprise this dealer was!!!! Starting with Mona Selim, sales person and ending with Charla in Finance!!!! Mona was so helpful and so personally involved in the process of making my daughter (for whom I was helping buy a car for her 30’th B day) dream come true! She stepped in a motherly mode, listen-to every worry and issue and want and made it happen!!! Not one time did we feel pressure or uncomfortable and I was able to lower my guard after the first 15 minutes!!! Charla as well was so funny and played along with us and we were giggling through every signature we place on that contract! She got me a GOOD interest rate and was helpful on deciding the terms!!! The whole thing was just awesome! The Service department forgot to fill the gas Thank and we almost got stranded, but when I let Mona know, she was beyond apologetic and promise to make it up at the first oil change and we could not care less at that point, because we were on cloud 9, where they put us with the car and service provided!!! Over all, on a scale from 1 to 10, where 10 is the highest rating, I gave them a 20! I strongly recommend this Dealership and the persons I mention here!!!!
