I was never pressured at Allen Turner. Everyone in sales, service and finance departments were exceptionally nice and very helpful. On a price comparison I found Allen turner to be about 10 % les than simil service and finance departments were exceptionally nice and very helpful. Everyone at Allen Turner Hyundai was a great help to us getting the car that we wanted. Ron was very responsive and helpful for each car that we wanted to test drive even going back and forth between diffe getting the car that we wanted. I accompanied my daughter as she bought her first car. This occasion was celebratory because of course it her first car and she just graduated college as well. Having said that, the finance manager, John Fejeran, was extremely condescending. If this was my purchasing experience, rather than my daughter's, I would have left the dealership after a few minutes of being spoken down to, as though I was an ignorant child. I wouldn't recommend visiting this dealer unless you can arrange a visit for one of Mr. Fejeran's days off. More

Greaat no pressure experience I first felt good about Allen Turner because I was given time to look around myself when I first got there. I didn't feel pressured by someone coming I first felt good about Allen Turner because I was given time to look around myself when I first got there. I didn't feel pressured by someone coming right up to me while I was deciding if I even liked anything in the lot. When I was ready, I walked inside and ended up being greeted by Basel. Basel was a great salesman to be working with. He was very patient with my decision making and very knowledgeable about the cars I did test drive. He was friendly and fun to work with. The finance guy (I don't see his name listed) was also very friendly. It was late but no one seemed to be in a hurry to leave. I worked with Charla on the paperwork and she was also very fun and friendly, despite the late hour. Everyone I dealt with made it a good experience and I'm extremely happy with my new Tucson Sport. More
