I was completely ready to never deal with Allen Turner Hyundai and was actively looking at other dealers. I received a follow-up call and was directed towards Jason. He was patient, respectful, just a kind person. The dealership was quite easy to work with through him. We agreed on a price. He delivered my car, we took a test drive, and I wrote a check. Exactly how I expected the experience to go. I suppose we all have different personalities and styles of doing business. Perhaps I was dealing with Basel on a bad day. Who knows? I would say if you are working with Allen Turner and think of passing and they call you back, take the call. More

I have purchased 4 vehicles for my family fromAllen I have purchased 4 vehicles for my family from Allen Turner in the last 5 years. I had used Dave Pardon for my first 3 cars but since he retired I I have purchased 4 vehicles for my family from Allen Turner in the last 5 years. I had used Dave Pardon for my first 3 cars but since he retired I tried out a new salesperson -Dara Saranthus. All I can say is WOW. Dara needs to be promoted to head trainer ...my experience from the time I was greeted , until signing the papers in finance was about as good as one could expect. Actually bringing my daughter in this weekend to buy a Tuscan- Also love the Military rebate for all Veterans. Hyundai by far has the best rebate for all Veterans with no strings attached.
