I can’t say enough good things about Troy.My wife and I I can’t say enough good things about Troy. My wife and I knew we wanted a 2020 Santa Fe and negotiated a price with a dealer in Alabama. Only after I can’t say enough good things about Troy. My wife and I knew we wanted a 2020 Santa Fe and negotiated a price with a dealer in Alabama. Only after driving across state lines did we discover that the vehicle set aside for us had been sold. We went through TrueCar to find an alternative. We bounced between 3 other dealers before ending up at Allen Turner Hyundai. I asked Troy for his best price and it came in a couple thousand bucks lower than all the other dealers “negotiated” prices and much lower than the MSRP. He doesn’t waste your time or play games with the numbers like the dealership in Alabama. (They artificially increase their price above MSRP so when they give you a “deal” they are actually just giving you the MSRP). Troy is a true professional who is knowledgeable about the product and overall a great person to work with. I would recommend any of my friends or family to him without second thought. Carla in finance was also a huge asset and got us hooked up with a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty for a few bucks a month and was super helpful with all financial questions. And on top of getting us a great price and providing exceptional service, he gave us a recommendation to the best burger place in town. All in all we are extremely happy. More
