Jami Baker is the best! She patiently worked with us over a 3 day period which concluded with our purchase of a 2020 Santa Fe on August 8. We quickly discovered that the passenger seat was unacceptable over a 3 day period which concluded with our purchase of a 2020 Santa Fe on August 8. We quickly discovered that the passenger seat was unacceptable for my wife because of her severe arthritis. We returned the vehicle on Monday, August 10 and Jami worked with us on selecting a replacement vehicle which was part of the 3 day purchase Satisfaction terms of sale.
