I had a great experience buying my Hyundai Kona. Bob and Kim were excellent and tried to get me out so I wouldn’t be late for work. When I was almost finished I had to work with Kevin to sign the papers. He Kim were excellent and tried to get me out so I wouldn’t be late for work. When I was almost finished I had to work with Kevin to sign the papers. He assured me it wouldn’t take long. He then proceeded to talk about my excellent salesman Bob and it was like he was trying to get me to say something Bob did wrong. I went from excited to upset and stressed. Kevin didn’t have the papers printed yet and when I asked if I could finish the papers the next day he said unfortunately these things take time. I was well aware of that fact and why I was gonna wait until my off day Saturday to come back. However I was assured I would be done in plenty of time. I was not and I ended up being late for work. I was ready to cancel the deal right there, but I was stuck because they had already switched my tag. I went back the next day to bring my money down and Kevin didn’t even apologize! He was smug like he knew everything. Needless to say I worked with excellent people and I will not let one person make me upset about buying my first brand new car and third Hyundai!
