If I could give a zero I would. An oil change turned into over $630.00 worth of repairs they wanted to do. Most people would say, “Oh no, I don’t have tail lights or brake lights! An oil change turned into over $630.00 worth of repairs they wanted to do. Most people would say, “Oh no, I don’t have tail lights or brake lights!!, (except the one over the rear window) Please fix that for me. I can’t drive around like that!” They said due to the age of the car, the bulbs fused to the connectors and I needed 2 new tail light assemblies. Well I knew to check other options first. Guess what! I needed bulbs that they removed or damaged. Nothing was fused. NEVER AGAIN will Allen Turner have a chance to create work at the tune of $631.00 for 2 tail light assemblies when all I needed was $12.00 worth of bulbs that they took out or crimped with pliers to make it look like I had a problem. More

We loved Allen Turner! We were browsing the dealership after hours and Basel was there to open a Tucson for us, even though they were closed! He was so helpful and accommod We were browsing the dealership after hours and Basel was there to open a Tucson for us, even though they were closed! He was so helpful and accommodating. We showed up the next day to test drive and put money down on the vehicle. The new cars are competitive right now but Basel helped us by making sure we would get the exact color we wanted before someone else drove it off the lot. The day after that, the car was detailed, tank filled, and ready to drive off the lot! We are so thankful for Basel and Steven in the financing department for their thorough explanations and reassuring mentalities! More
