Extremely friendly atmosphere. Greeted by everyone. Our salesman, Jason Diaz was so professional and knowledgeable. We went over the numbers and he went to his boss to try to please us. He went a few times for us but never getting upset. He seemed pleased to negotiate for us. We finalized a deal and he went to get the vehicle ready for us and he had someone go over the book and all the vehicles features. When completed, Jason walked us to the Finance person to complete our paperwork. She too was so friendly and professional as well as down to earth. She did not pressure us to take all the warranties which I appreciated. She did however really express the things that would have really benefited us and we agreed. Jason then took us to our vehicle and explained how to use some features of the vehicle. We transferred our items to the new car and we left feeling good about our purchase. We think we could have negotiated a little more but with all the fantastic customer service and knowledge from the dealership we felt great about our deal. We would absolutely refer other friends to this dealership. More

Bob was amazing. Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we first spoke, Bob was adding value. We were driving in to pick up the car (Hyundai Ioniq 5) on a Friday from a different state. Due to traffic, we were later than we wanted to be, but Bob and Jami ended up staying an hour + late to take care of us and complete the transaction. I never felt rushed, and I never really questioned Bob’s honesty, and that he was looking out for us. I’m in sales myself, so, I’m always wary of the amateur salesmen out there that try to convince you their product is your solution, but Bob never did that. Because Bob is a Professional. He listened to our needs. Made sure we were happy. And took care of us long after we signed the papers. There’s a lot of little things he did that I didn’t even mention here, but I appreciated. Jami was great too. She’s the one that gave us all the papers to sign. Oh, and they were very nice to our 10-month old puppy! Jami was really sweet with her. And Bob even took her to use the restroom while we were moving stuff from the old car to the new one. Ha. I’m telling you… 100 out or 10. Thank y’all! More
