Outstanding Dealership. I truly like this dealership, so I returned, despite it being about 87 miles from my home. My wife and I were met at the door by Joshua and he was extremely helpful. We were just looking to see if we liked the new Santa Fe and he immediately went inside to check on their inventory. He quickly returned and not only explained what they had in stock, but brought one around for us to test drive. When we returned he turned us over to Basel Muraisi who we had worked with on our previous auto buy. And, exactly like the last time, Basel was courteous and professional and didn't pressure us in any way. Basel remembered us and was a pleasure to work with and extremely personable. In fact, we liked the car and with being still impressed with the dealership, as we had before, we decide to buy the Santa Fe. We knew what we wanted to pay, and there was very little haggling. The trade-in price was good and the final out-the-door cost was clear and concise. And yes, we left completely satisfied. This dealership works a fair price and doesn't feed you a lot of bull or try to pressure you to buy. It's my second car from them and will certainly not be the last if the service continues to be so good. Also, Jamie in the Finance office was extremely helpful and worked hard to make sure she found a loan with the best interest rate. We enjoyed conversing with her and were grateful for her help.
