I went to Allen Turner not thinking I would walk away with what I wanted for a decent price. I had the worst anxiety about buying a car due to bad experiences before. Not once did i feel pressured or like i was being screwed over. He was open, honest, completely transparent and did everything he could to be sure my experience was a good one and to make sure i drove away with a reliable car for a great price! Mr. James Power in finance was also super friendly and of great help! Allen Turner Hyundai went above and beyond in assisting me with purchasing my new vehicle. We had placed an order back in August and after contacting them regarding the status, to which we found out our ca me with purchasing my new vehicle. We had placed an order back in August and after contacting them regarding the status, to which we found out our car was not in production yet, Sales Manager Kim Douglas did notify that they did have an available model on the lot that was a different color and package than what he had ordered, but we were more than welcome to come and look at it and test drive. We rushed up there and were beyond impressed with the vehicle. Our sales consultant, Robin Wolff was absolutely wonderful in the purchasing process. She came in on her day off and after having been in an accident to ensure we got exactly what we needed. She was went above and beyond the call of duty.
