I have never owned a Hyundai before, but I'm moving to a state with lots of snow and knew I wanted an AWD SUV with excellent crash test ratings for a competitive price. I also knew I wanted a red one so I could be seen on those same snowy roads. When I checked the area dealers, Allen Turner had two options that fit those needs on their lot. I made an appointment with Frank Trommelen and he was everything I could have hoped to have in a sales associate. Friendly, no pressure, conscientious, attentive to details and my concerns. I felt comfortable immediately. He even made sure to introduce me to Allen Turner himself, who was also very nice and interested in me as a person not just me as a car buyer. Jami Baker, the financial manager, explained the coverage options in a non-sales manner and pointed out the specific features that would best suit my needs. For the first time in my car buying experience, I left the financial office feeling empowered rather than taken advantage of. My whole experience at Allen Turner made me feel like a person not a sale. I'll be moving out of the area, so I hate that I won't get to experience their service after the sale, but based on what I have experienced, it has to be wonderful. There is definitely a reason Allen Turner Hyundai has been US dealership of the year for several years in a row. More

I did not want to invest a lot of time interacting with salespeople during the process of my purchase.
