Let me start off by saying our Sales Associate, Bob, was great. He was patient, gave us space when we needed, answered any question we had, if he didn't know, he found the answer very quickly. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles he was showing us. I also was happy with my purchase, at first, but quickly realized that I should have gone with the next higher trim. I took the vehicle back the second day I had it, well within the three day period and under the 300 mile limit. I understood that I was going to have to pay a little more per month due to the added cost, however, I was not aware that the same deals that I was given would not apply. I was under the impression that the same deals and discounts would apply if I brought the vehicle back within the first 3 days/300 miles. I was extremely discouraged to learn that there would be new interest rates, discounts (if there were any), and other fees that would have pushed my monthly payments well over what I was willing, or able, to afford. If the same deals would have been applied, I could have upgraded to the vehicle I wanted. I am now unable to do so and am very disappointed with the purchase that I made. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from Allen Turner Hyundai, make sure that you are getting EXACTLY what you want, otherwise, you're going to be left out in the cold even though they tell you something very different at signing. More
