My transmission needed replacement. I have extended warranty tru GM.My service rep was Mr.Dalton Richards.He handled my claim and work very professionally.I was well informed of my truck I have extended warranty tru GM.My service rep was Mr.Dalton Richards.He handled my claim and work very professionally.I was well informed of my trucks progress,he had to go the extra mile with the warranty company by taking pictures of the internal damage and then locating the transmission. They fixed my air conditioner issue by replacing the compressor. In doing so an annoying noise (sometimes loud) was created in doing so. I brought it back to the service department the next day, waited compressor. In doing so an annoying noise (sometimes loud) was created in doing so. I brought it back to the service department the next day, waited an hour and they informed me it was a bent shield making the noise. Drove off and the noise immediately returned only making more noise than the first time. Now I have another appointment, wasting my gas and time to repair an issue that should have never happened. More
