Attitude and rudeness I've debated about this post for weeks now as I have never even come close to posting anything like this. (Sorry for the length) Trevors truck was st I've debated about this post for weeks now as I have never even come close to posting anything like this. (Sorry for the length) Trevors truck was struck by lightning on September 3 about 430 PM. We had the truck taken to Allen Turner being that they are a Chevrolet dealership. Thats where we me the all powerful Cari Bailey. Never have I had such an awful experience at any retail establishment in my 43 years here on earth. Mr. Allen Turner, you don't know me but I was born and raised here in Crestview along with my parents and grandparents! There are almost 2800 people reading this post right now and I'm sure this is NOT the kind of publicity that you want or need. This is all because of Cari Bailey that represents your service department where, i believe, most of your profit comes from. The delays, rudeness and attitude that Cari Bailey showed to us were not what we wanted or needed either. She has no business dealing with the public in any capacity as far as I'm concerned. I will be happy to discuss the details with you or anyone else that wants to know. Our insurance spent over $5400 at your dealership and I regret every penny due to Cari Bailey! And Cari.....I told you that you hadn't heard the last from me. More

service ok but.. I recently bought a certified vehicle from Allen Turner Chevrolet. After 2 months of driving it some things need to be looked at. I decided a good time to discuss these issues would be when I scheduled my routine service. So when I went to schedule my service and begin to mention what I would like these items to be looked at, I was rudely interrupted with an oh no, thats a mechanic issue and we are way backed up. So when I scheduled 2 weeks out, I asked, could I bring them up then? service technician said yes. So 2 weeks later and I am in for my routine maintenance visit and began to mention the items I would like to be scheduled to look at, I was once again interrupted with a rude no! You have to reschedule those issues! So I mentioned, can you put these in the system so I can be scheduled, once again, no! So my question is, why am I still sitting here with a cerified vehicle that can not be scheduled for the discrepancies I have tried to get scheduled? The answer is quite clear, don't buy local at Allen Turner Chevrolet. More
