Awesome service . My A/c went out on my car a couple weeks and about 200 miles after I bought it at another dealership. Due to me being lazy I didn't get it to the de . My A/c went out on my car a couple weeks and about 200 miles after I bought it at another dealership. Due to me being lazy I didn't get it to the dealer til almost 7000 miles. I called up a dealership named Preston Hood that was close to my work and told them the situation they told me that they couldn't get me in and that even if they could that gm changed their policy on courtesy loaners and I could not get one unless my car was there for more then 24 hours and if parts needed to be ordered. I knew this wasn't true and called Allen Turner chevy for assistance. They set my appointment for next day and had me a loaner set up to use while they worked on it whether a day or three. Mike the service consultant was awesome. He was super slammed with customer and training a new guy but he was on top of his stuff and kept you informed. After two business days my car was finished and working perfectly. 10 stars all around for these folks there at Allen Turner. I am highly satisfied. More

Oil change Scheduled my oil change appointment online for 8:00 am on a Tuesday at the dealership in Crestview, FL. On Monday I got a call from them to remind me. Tuesday morning I got to the dealership about 7:50 am. and signed in. My car was done about 8:30 without any problems. I paid Mike and left. More

Decent service but too long of a wait Been going to this dealer since 2011 when it was Award Chevrolet. Service has gone down. Now, you have to make appointments and the past two times my Been going to this dealer since 2011 when it was Award Chevrolet. Service has gone down. Now, you have to make appointments and the past two times my car wasn't ready when promised. My appt was for 0930 and my car wasn't finished until 1pm (oil change, multi point inspection and alignment check). When this was Award Chevrolet, I waited no longer than 1.5 hours. When I arrived, there was a recommendation of several services: transmission flush, differential, power steering flush. I had just had the differential done 2 oil changes ago so I was told to disregard that. So now I'm not sure if I really need the recommended services. The quality of work is good, but be prepared to drop your car off as you'll be waiting a long time. More

Therefore, I waited although I plan on going out of state for the holidays. When I got there the next morning, I learned the part did not come in. They blame it on the shipment. I asked for a loner but was told I could not drive the loner that far. Allen Turner Chevrolet left me strained without offering any other solution. They seemed heartless!! I immediately left but 10 minutes later, they called and said the part had just arrive. Really? Unbelievable. I refused to go back and waste my time. This is the 2nd and last time I will allow them to disappoint me!! I will take my business to a company that appreciate their customers. More
