Worst experience ever They assured me that the part (they probably broke ) for my car would be there the next day, I asked if they can check another location but was told They assured me that the part (they probably broke ) for my car would be there the next day, I asked if they can check another location but was told no one else would have it in stock. Therefore, I waited although I plan on going out of state for the holidays. When I got there the next morning, I learned the part did not come in. They blame it on the shipment. I asked for a loner but was told I could not drive the loner that far. Allen Turner Chevrolet left me strained without offering any other solution. They seemed heartless!! I immediately left but 10 minutes later, they called and said the part had just arrive. Really? Unbelievable. I refused to go back and waste my time. This is the 2nd and last time I will allow them to disappoint me!! I will take my business to a company that appreciate their customers. More
