Oil Change Service rep was great... in fact he told me that my vehicle was eligible for a few free oil changes. What a difference a year makes> I went to Allen Turner Chev. about a year ago shortly after I moved here. Because of the bad reception and lack of customer service attitude I drove away after speaking with the sales manager and service manager. I told them they had lost a customer. I decided to go back and try them out again because they are my home town dealer and closest place for Chevy service. I ended up speaking and working with Meagan at service and could not be happier with the her attitude and customer service commitment. She was friendly and kept me informed of what was going on.
