Car buying good but service dept not good. I have tried the service department three times now, everybody has a bad day sometimes. All three times have been horrible. I called ahead to make absolutely sure that they had what they needed to just do the oil change because the first time I had to be rescheduled because I get there and they did not have it, second time had to wait for over three hours for an oil change so they could run to town and get the stuff, and now third time, like I said called ahead and was reassured that they had what they needed got there and of course they did not and had to be rescheduled. I did go back the next day and it was done it a timely manner but three strikes and your out! I will now be driving to fort Walton or Pensacola for service which is crazy for me to have to that. One reason I bought the car locally is to stay local. Car buying experience was great but service department needs help! I hate to complain but hopefully it will help to get something done in that area. More

Love it My initial experience was okay. Service writer -very helpful. My vehicle under warranty ,but dealer could not provide loaner initially. Two days later My initial experience was okay. Service writer -very helpful. My vehicle under warranty ,but dealer could not provide loaner initially. Two days later, I was given a rental from Enterprise. my vehicle had no status. I kept loaner for about 2 weeks.I was called again by Zack and told to turn it in,in exchange for an Allen Turner Loaner and it was a beautiful vehicle. I loved every minute I rode in that vehicle. I'm not sure how I got put into that loaner, but I know Zack was involved in that situation as well. That is what I was impressed with--it seems as though service writer was involved until I got my truck back. I was somewhat confused as to why it took over 3 weeks to get my truck back, but all was forgiven when you put me in that 2017 Tahoe loaner. Thanks! More
Regular maintenance and check up I was very satisfied with the service I received for the maintenance and check up on my 2015 Chevrolet Impala. Loby is very comfortable for the wait. Will use them in the future I recently had an issue with my 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer that turned out to be covered under a service bulletin. The local shop(non dealership) I recently had an issue with my 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer that turned out to be covered under a service bulletin. The local shop(non dealership), who has done me great service in the past advised me of this and recommend I go to FWB. I was also told the same thing by another service writer that I should take it to FWB Chev. I went against the grain and took it to Allen Turner Chevrolet, first because I believe in supporting local business, and second pure convenience of the dealership. Even though I have an older vehicle that was purchased in another state many years ago, they were prompt in helping me and also in setting up the appointment once the parts came in needed to repair the problem. They were even obliging in offering me a courtesy ride from the dealership and back when my car was ready, that's something a lot of dealers don't do anymore and is much appreciated! I can happily say job well done! It was only my first experience with them, however when in the market for a new car, or next service I will definitely be calling Allen Turner Chevrolet! More
