The advisor that checked me in asked my advisor if the seat issue had been addressed. Found that it had not been. He apologized, said it would more time to address and fix the issue. Stated I could return at another time or wait. I chose to wait. Issue was fixed after the right part was delivered, wrong part was sent. More

I guess they were too busy to actually fix the car so they sent my mother home with the same problem it had when we brought it in. This is after receiving multiple emails from onstar that the car needed immediate attention. Also received email from the Chevy dealership the car was bought from to bring it in as soon as possible. I am not happy with this at all and should something bad happen to the vehicle I want there to be some record that we tried to do something about the problem. Carie told us the car was fixed that they just added antifreeze and that was the problem. She said the car had no more engine light. When my mother went to turn the car on engine light was still on.
