FIRST I would like to thank Mr. Roy Graves service director at Award Chevrolet, Inc. Crestview Florida! He's the only one who acted as if he cared but, the other two service managers really need to w director at Award Chevrolet, Inc. Crestview Florida! He's the only one who acted as if he cared but, the other two service managers really need to work on their customer service skills really bad! Roy discounted the total price but 8 mile or so my check engine light came back on for one of two that was in it when I dropped it off three days ago and I had to bring it back the next morning over all experience with this dealer very poor! More
