When it came time to get a new car we knew we wanted the same customer service we experienced. Justin was very attentive and helpful in helping us find a great car. Very Impressed! I purchase a lot of vehicles. I do my research and go to the dealership that has what I want. It's always typical that they pressure you and try to ta I purchase a lot of vehicles. I do my research and go to the dealership that has what I want. It's always typical that they pressure you and try to talk you into things you don't want. So, of course I walked out of a place in Pensacola. They were really unreasonable. Luckily, I found a similar vehicle online in Crestview at Allen Turner. I live in Fort Walton Beach. I never thought about looking in Crestview. I went to the dealership and was impressed by their selection of vehicles. The possibilities were endless. Then I had the pleasure of meeting David Shapiro. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone in the dealership was upbeat and greeted me. Then of course came the dreaded paperwork with the finance guy. Rob Godwin was just as kind and friendly as could be. He actually made filling out paperwork enjoyable and easy. The whole time I couldn't believe such a car dealership existed. Finding that car online with them was a God send. I will not go anywhere else. I found my dealership for life. Jessy showed us some great vehicles that evened out the negativity equity and worked with us in order to make us both happy. He even spoke with Rob, the bank geurue, to get us the best interest rate, as well as split some of the positive equity of my Rav4 so that we both left with new vehicles we could afford. I'm glad Brittany, who works there as well, introduced us to Jessy for our salesman. This was definitely a group effort. This was the one thing I had to resolve in order to smooth over my divorce. They made my bad situation disappear and I have a new car that is priced at about the same payment as my used vehicle, but includes a fantastic warranty AND all of my regular maintenance! If you love Chevrolet, Allen Turner Chevrolet is where to get them. Even if you don't like Chevrolet, they have a good variety of used vehicles. Happy shopping everyone! More
