Disappointed No customer service, nothing showing that they even checked tires, filters, wiper blades, tail lights, brake pads. Just wanted my money. I am used to a lot better service and a detailed report showing condition of my vehicle. I was going to have my wiper blades changed but they didn't even give me a chance to ask about them. I bought my vehicle here and have been coming to you for over 2 years worst experience so far. More

They back up their work Two month old brake replacement - started squealing. Took it back, and they corrected the problem, no charge. They back-up their work, no questions. New pads had glazed, so they ground them down and treated them ... if it happens again, they will replace the pads. Am I happy I had to go back? No, but I'm happy with Allen Turner's people and the way I was treated. Can't see how it's their fault the pads have a manufacturing problem. Thanks, Megan! You made it a good day. More

Unsatisfactory I may stand corrected, I thought checking the fluids was part of getting my vehicle serviced, so after almost 4 hours to change the oil and rotate tir I may stand corrected, I thought checking the fluids was part of getting my vehicle serviced, so after almost 4 hours to change the oil and rotate tires I was a little upset to discover that my radiator coolant was low and my windshield washer fluid was empty. NOTE that soon as you start vehicle it tells you “windshield washer fluid low” upon further investigation from other people I found out it was a mistake to take my vehicle to Allen Turner Chevrolet. Great service and attention from Larry Vickery and Megan. I purchased a used Chev SUV in Tampa and had it shipped to my daughter that lives near the dealership.
