Great Dealership I went first next door to the Ford Dealership and walked and drove around that parking lot for a full 30 minutes. I even stopped and made eye contact with several of the salespeople I saw out on the lot, all smoking cigarettes. Finally I drove next door to Allen Turner. I drove the parking lot once. Got out and looked at a few and then was approached by Liz in a very professional and friendly NON PUSHY way. I was most impressed by that. She was never pushy. She worked as hard as she could and got me in the vehicle I liked. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. More

Be wise. We had a vehicle and budget in mind, they tried hard to get us in something different. Wasted a lot of time when the vehicle we wanted and eventually We had a vehicle and budget in mind, they tried hard to get us in something different. Wasted a lot of time when the vehicle we wanted and eventually bought was on the lot the whole time. After purchasing the vehicle, it has been nothing but problems. All used vechiles can have issues, but don't trust them when they said they did the inspection. The Turner Safety Insepction (or whatever the sticker in the windshield says) must not be thorough. The vehicle was even a Chevrolet from the Chevrolet dealer. Overall not a good experience, Kevin Hightower was excellent to work with though. He was the one bright spot about buying from this dealer.
