My only complaint was the length of time I had to wait, I was told at check in that it would be about an hour which I expected. My appt. was at 9:30, I arrived early at 9:10 and was there until nearly 12:00. Other than the wait time, the service was great. More

simple services I needed to get an oil chg and rotation of tires, several days before my appt. my right rear tire kept getting low, I kept filling the tire until the I needed to get an oil chg and rotation of tires, several days before my appt. my right rear tire kept getting low, I kept filling the tire until the appt. I told the service manager helping me about the tire. When the service rep finished and gave me my car back he told me there was no problem with my tire no nail or screw. I went home and the next day my left front tire was low. I would have checked the right rear tire before rotation, but if the rotation occurred first I would have checked all tires if I didn't know which one WAS right rear! So I got to come back for another visit taking time out of my busy schedule! More

We informed them that we didn't want any high pressure sales put on us, if so we would just leave now. They informed us that they wouldn't and that that was not their policy. We decided to take a test drive. Jp Nowikowski was along for the ride. He was very informative and had a super great personality. When we returned I thought to myself well here comes the push on the sales pitch. Like I mention before that didn't happen. I said let knock around a few figures. They calculated numbers and I already had done my research on what was a far price and a good price. They found rebates and what they call coupons i call less money I had a good deal then they ask me if I was a Veteran I got a better deal. We where well pleased with the whole transaction of the purchase of the vehicle. We where call two days after the purchase and ask if we had any question or could they be of service to us that they where there to assist us anytime. We appreciate their honesty and assistance through the whole process of purchasing a new vehicle. More
