Good experience We knew when we arrived on the lot exactly what vehicle we wanted. After a test drive, we returned to Anthony's office for paperwork. Once we came to an agreement we sat for what seemed like forever wondering what was going on. My husband had to go to who I believe was the sales manager to find out or status (approved, not approved, yes, no, maybe so?) and how much longer it would be. Overall, the experience was good, but I feel they can improve on their communication skills to keep the customer aware of what's going on. My only negative experience was from Anthony shortly after we signed all the paperwork. He presented our new vehicle to us, and then asked if he had to show us anything about the vehicle. When I said no, he said that was good because he spent over two hours with another customer recently going over the vehicle and he didn't want to do that again. I feel that could have been handled a little differently. Other than that, great experience! Will be back! More
