Although the ownership may changed, many of the staff remained and that, in and of itself, is proof of the great people who work there. I have had nothing but good experiences with sales and service afterwards, but this recent purchase has been by far, the best yet. My salesman Jessy Stancher was simply outstanding. He was very professional and extremely patient in my challenging situation. With the help of David Cain the Sales Manager , Jessy was able to broker a deal for me on a 2016 CPO Silverado. This deal could have easily ended as a, no deal, if it hadn't been for Jessy and Mr. Cain finding a way to make it work for me. I was very impressed with their service and can honestly say they made every concession possible to make the process as smooth as it could be. Mr. Smith in finance was also very impressive, only thing that could streamline his service would be if he could just sign for me. This dealership seems to be running at peak performance, from first hello to last handshake, this is a very efficient group. I've been in twice in a week for the same issue. I had my car serviced to get a recall fixed. Every since that date my engine light has came on twice. I took my car in the first time my engine light I had my car serviced to get a recall fixed. Every since that date my engine light has came on twice. I took my car in the first time my engine light came on and they said it was an "old code" from when the recall was fixed, so they reset it. However, the next day my engine light came on again. I own a 2016 Malibu with 18,000 miles. There's no way I should have problems with my engine after this dealership has serviced my vehicle. Not a great experience at all. More
