The local shop(non dealership), who has done me great service in the past advised me of this and recommend I go to FWB. I was also told the same thing by another service writer that I should take it to FWB Chev. I went against the grain and took it to Allen Turner Chevrolet, first because I believe in supporting local business, and second pure convenience of the dealership. Even though I have an older vehicle that was purchased in another state many years ago, they were prompt in helping me and also in setting up the appointment once the parts came in needed to repair the problem. They were even obliging in offering me a courtesy ride from the dealership and back when my car was ready, that's something a lot of dealers don't do anymore and is much appreciated! I can happily say job well done! It was only my first experience with them, however when in the market for a new car, or next service I will definitely be calling Allen Turner Chevrolet! More
