We won't be returning This is the second vehicle we've bought with Allen Turner and this experience was terrible. Not only did I test drive the vehicle with low tire pressu This is the second vehicle we've bought with Allen Turner and this experience was terrible. Not only did I test drive the vehicle with low tire pressure I picked it up 3 days later with low tire pressure, then I returned to the service center and specifically asked them to check my tires while installing the towing package,they again returned it to me with low tire pressure. I had to check and fill the tires and all of them were under their pressure limit. I live in dothan AL not Crestview so when they called me to schedule the appointment to install the towing package I assumed it'd be done in a day, but no it wasnt because they didn't have all the correct parts so I had to schedule another appointment which Louis handled but when I arrived at 8 am on Saturday the woman informed me I didn't have an appointment but luckily she could fit me in..... The woman in the service department claimed she would call me when I could pick up my car, but did she? No. I'm very dissatisfied with the whole experience from purchasing to the service. Yes I called in advance and wanted to look at a specific vehicle, Liz knew why we were there but if it wasn't for the price iof the vehilce we definitely wouldn't have bought it. While test driving the car Liz Sat in the back seat on her phone, my husband and I asked her multiple questions which we had to repeat because she was to busy for us. To many of our questions her answer was i don't know because this car came from the other lot. More

I kept loaner for about 2 weeks.I was called again by Zack and told to turn it in,in exchange for an Allen Turner Loaner and it was a beautiful vehicle. I loved every minute I rode in that vehicle. I'm not sure how I got put into that loaner, but I know Zack was involved in that situation as well. That is what I was impressed with--it seems as though service writer was involved until I got my truck back. I was somewhat confused as to why it took over 3 weeks to get my truck back, but all was forgiven when you put me in that 2017 Tahoe loaner. Thanks! More

When waiting on the ordered vehicle my time table changed as I had to expedite a military move. Jessy then searched high and low to find me the perfect truck and had it delivered the day after he found it!!!! The truck is perfect. From the management team to the financial expert, it was all easy and seamless. I never fealt rushed, bothered, or pushed. The dealership was very transparent in pricing and I feel like I got a very fair deal. The trade in deal was just as good and they hit the mark on fair market.
