Louis and David went out of their way to make a great deal happen based on our requirements, including a very fair trade offer. Understaffed, nice service department, poor help up front Made an appointment one week to get a key fob fixed, less than 36k miles on the car. Told Doyle I assumed it would be under warranty. Also stopped at parts to order some touch of paint for my dad's truck. The next Wed, 10/4, I came in and dropped my key off early. Got a call back same day(VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT). said it was ready but I needed to come back with my car to get it reprogrammed. I showed up the next morning and spoke with, I believe her name was Mindy? She said I needed to go to parts dept window. Nobody there for about 10 minutes. you could tell people were in the back but no one seemed to want to man the desk. When I got someone to come up there I mentioned the paint, but regarding the key he said I needed to go back to Mindy. They found the key up there, then took the car back at 8:02. I asked how long it would take and she said Twenty minutes. An hour and a half later, they were finishing up with my car, the guy who worked on it came up to talk to me, bigger guy with a beard, nicest guy in the world. Explained to me that there was a problem and they got it worked out. I mentioned, during the hour and a half wait that I work in sales for a living, and that their department was understaffed, and people didn't seem to want to help. She said thank you, that she agreed. I feel like she didn't present herself to me as someone that wanted to go find out why my car was taking so long. She just wanted to sit at her stool behind her computer and not be helpful. I am a Christian, newly enveloped in my faith, and I am not trying to hurt anyone's job or anything, but the people that actually worked on the car were friendly and helpful. But the people that work at the parts desk didn't seem to want to be helpful, and the girl at the service desk was not very helpful at all. Even Doyle from the week before, was pretty good with his service. Then they tried to charge me, at which point the girl went outside to speak with the manager, then came back in and didn't charge me. I am sorry, but I expect customer service from a professional organization than the girl that worked at the front desk. More

One thing, the handle that adjusts the seat was missing the covering, so the handle is just a bare piece of metal. I bought the car the first week of July and called the following day to see if we could get this cover for this handle. Spoke with the salesman and he said he would get back with me. Yet to hear from anyone on this handle. It is now 10/2017. Things like this, can easily make a customer feel that once the money is paid, and you drive off, " Mr who?, needed what? That " one thing" has soured the whole thing. Not sure if any warranty applied, suppose really should have purchased the Ford from Ford. Has some service work set, but cancelled it. Do not know what that was about, and do not recall being told to expect it. I got a good deal on a nice car. I would gladly tell that to anyone. The handle, a small thing, was a "big" thing. More
