What a smooth, peaceful, and enjoyable experience!!!!! Wow! Just wow! After weeks of searching and dealing with different dealerships near and far, I finally purchased my dream mini van from Allen Turner C Wow! Just wow! After weeks of searching and dealing with different dealerships near and far, I finally purchased my dream mini van from Allen Turner Chevy in Crestview and from start to finish it was a pleasant experience! The vibe is so friendly and upbeat! Not stuffy, pushy, or invasive! I intuitively knew it was my van but had to get to work and the staff worked hard to accommodate not only my time frame but my small children! We worked primarily with Sales Consultant Dallas Moody and not only was he speedy and efficient but he was also caring and made sure to give my children attention when they had questions, wants, or needs! It felt more like a family there than just a bunch of people trying to get my money and move me along! Mr. Moody made sure I had gas in my van and assured me that he was not just selling me a van and sending me on my way, that if I needed something not to hesitate reaching out or just driving up there and not only do I feel that sincerity but I witnessed it because the next morning my tire went flat and I was immediately serviced and my children were excited to get a donut and friendly hellos from the staff! I'm a very sensitive human and care is something that I do not take lightly! I am grateful for the care and my new van and I am more than happy to be on here typing up this review for Allen Turner Chevy, Sales Consultant Dallas Moody, Sales Manager Justin Bendickson, and the entire staff who assisted us! Once we decided to test drive we were blessed with Billie as our salesman. He was incredibly patient and at no point did we feel pressure to buy. Not only did Billie get us a great deal, he was very efficient which was vital to keeping our 3 year old (who didn't nap) happy.
