My husband decided to take his new truck into service and ran into Scott at the sales department. They where chatting for awhile about all the things he wished his truck had and scott with his impressive kno ran into Scott at the sales department. They where chatting for awhile about all the things he wished his truck had and scott with his impressive knowledge about trucks and pricing he now sold my husband another new truck which he loves. Like when I say loves I mean he drives around the neighborhood so all the neighbors can be jealous about his “sweet ride” he got from Scott at Allen turner. Bought a new car yesterday. The team was pretty good. I felt like I was put aside because there were a lot of people buying vehicles yesterday. Every one on the staff was extrem The team was pretty good. I felt like I was put aside because there were a lot of people buying vehicles yesterday. Every one on the staff was extremely kind and personable. I highly recommend Allen Turner Chevrolet. Honestly, if there were more staff here, the experience would have probably been better. It took us a total of 4.5 hours to purchase the vehicle. They were limited on how fast they could go due to only having one person working out the loan process. They thought of everything. our kids were getting hungry and they had some donuts. Then our kids were getting bored and they had coloring books and crayons. Thankfully... I think the kids would have been destructive otherwise. But, I ended up settling on the 4 stars out of 5 because although they closed the deal and were kind, I didn't like how long I was left to alone in the office without any updates on what was going on.
