I'm upset with the Service Department. They towed my car in on Thursday 4-6-23. I've called them, twice to check on status, since I heard nothing from them. Took my truck in and sadly got it back worse off than when they got it. Lack of info from them, the cause. Great Experience First car purchase since 2002 and have always hated the process. This time we dealt with Trent Jones at Allen Tillery Chevrolet. The process was simp First car purchase since 2002 and have always hated the process. This time we dealt with Trent Jones at Allen Tillery Chevrolet. The process was simple, he listened to our needs and to our requirement and went to work finding exactly what we needed. We came in thinking that for the payment we could afford we would have to buy a used vehicle but Trent found a step up from that. He found us a Chevy Traverse that had been used as a courtesy car that had only 2000 miles on it. The deal was a good one as it was marked down for that reason. By that afternoon we were driving home in our Traverse. This vehicle is primarily going to be driven by my wife for her everyday running around and she says, I LOVE THIS CAR.
