I have had a bad experience both times I have visited this dealership. The first time was before the ownership change. I had a issue with a tire sensor reading low. I goggled it filled the tire with 39 psi and the light went out saved $100.00. During the same visit the wanted $175.00 to change a blown headlight. I googled it,and changed it for $14.00. This time my electric power steering went out. They couldn't find the part. I inquired about how to proceed I got a two word response (trade it) very professional huh? They will not get any more business of mine or any type of positive review. David. More

They were rude with me when I didn't purchase a car after I told them exactly what I wanted and they couldn't provide it. I have since been treated very rudely when I come in for maintenance. Right now my car has been in service dept. since Dec 6, 2023. I have been told repeatedly that I am next and then it never gets done. I had carried my car there regularly for maintenance and they never diagnosed and repaired the issue. Lukas is very cool towards me. One day he offered 3 other people in the waiting room water and just dismissed me. I've begged for service and no one seems to care. Once i sat in the lobby for a recall repair for 2 hours to then be told the part had not been ordered and that I would just have to come back. More

My car has been with them since June 1, 2022. I was 13th in line to get it diagnosed for engine recalls. As of September 13, 2022, I am now 8th. So over three months without a vehicle for some I was 13th in line to get it diagnosed for engine recalls. As of September 13, 2022, I am now 8th. So over three months without a vehicle for something that Hyundai recalled!! The only updates I receive are when I call. The phone service from the service department is kind and informative however - three months!! More
