The customer service that was presented at this dealership was unlike any other I have experienced. I was in contact with the service department and due to things out of their control my current ve dealership was unlike any other I have experienced. Mr. Calvin (sales) met with me on the lot and listened to my concerns. Mr. Calvin asked what I wanted, and I told him. His reply was, "I'll make it happen". I drove off a few hours later in one of my dream vehicles. Not to mention a better deal than anyone else made me. It was professional but I did not feel like a dollar sign. They were understanding about the maintenance issues my new car was having and they made it right even though they did not have to. I finished the process with the finance manager, and she was so personable. She had everything lined out and ready to go. I will from now on use their sales and service department for any of my vehicle needs. More
