Let me start with why I was looking for a van. Lawrence,my husband is terminally ill his wish was to return to Fl. for the last time. Randy worked with me he came to the house with papers I needed to sign. Randy brought me a van to try out to see if I liked it. Randy had me keep the van all weekend (to try it out). If I expressed a worry to Randy he fixed it even about cost. I needed to have the lift removed from the truck bed and placed in the van. The cost $640.00 Randy and the owner had it done at no cost to me. YES!!! I would deal with Gary Mathews and Randy again. P.S. There wasn't a time that I talked to Randy that he didn't ask about my husband, how I was doing if there was anything he could do to help. My husband didn't make it back to Florida but i will never forget the treatment I got at the dealership. More
